Q: When and how do I receive my program?

A: Your strength program is an ever-evolving plan that takes into account your life circumstances and the progress of your strength training. That being said, we will onboard you in to TrueCoach, our training application, within the first week of you signing up. We don't want you to pay for our service and not receive anything for a whole week though, so in your confirmation email there will be a link to some first week templates to get you started!

Q: Why do I have to wait a week to start receiving a personalised program?

A: Because we take the personalisation of our programs seriously, it would be impossible for us to give you a plan tailored to your needs and circumstances when we know nothing about you. We take the first week after you have signed up to begin learning about you and then implementing a suitable plan. Your strength coach will be in contact with you the whole time and don't forget to reach out to them if you have any further questions!

Q: Why haven't I received any emails from my strength coach?

A: Our strength coaches aim to contact you via email within one working day. If you signed up on a Friday, it may take until Monday. Also, please make sure you check your spam, promotions, and junk email inboxes just incase their email got misplaced in there. If you still haven't heard from your strength coach, reach out to support@thestrengthclub.net!

Q: How do I cancel/change my subscription?

A: You can cancel your subscription at anytime by logging in to your account on thestrengthclub.net and selecting "Manage your subscriptions". If you would like to change your subscription tier, please email your strength coach or support@thestrengthclub.net and we can change it for you!

Q: What if I don't like my personalised strength plan?

A: The success of your strength plan will ultimately come down to the communication between you and your strength coach. We will struggle to fit a plan to your needs if you aren't willing to provide that information. Make sure your coach is aware of your training likes/dislikes and be sure to tell them about any injuries or discomforts you may have. If you have done these things and you plan still isn't what you'd like, please contact support@thestrengthclub.net to discuss the issue.
